Far less costly than cast acrylic, resin can be formulated clear, tinted or in an endless spectrum of translucent colors. 

You can achieve a look similar to glass and acrylic or imitate ice or liquids. 

You can still achieve all the dramatic detail as regular resins and in any shape form and size.
